Arthur Marusevich
Founder & Principal Lawyer

Arthur Marusevich founded Arthur Legal & Advisory after more than ten years in legal roles at some of the world's most active institutional investors and asset managers. He has held legal counsel positions at Abu Dhabi Investment Council, on secondment to Mubadala Investment Company, at AMP Limited, and at Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation — executing cross-border transactions, advising on superannuation trustee governance, and building regulatory and compliance frameworks from inside those organisations.

He established the firm on a straightforward premise: private capital investors, fund managers, family offices, and growing businesses should have access to the quality of advice those institutions commanded — delivered at fixed fees, led at senior level, with direct access to the principal throughout.

His practice covers investments and transactions (fund investments, M&A, co-investments, JVs, and capital raises — domestic and across the Australia, UAE, and CIS corridor), superannuation and financial services regulation (SMSF, AFSL, RSE licensees, and regulated platforms), and corporate and commercial matters (governance, contracts, employment, and IP). The firm advises clients in Australia, the UAE, and CIS markets.
